the chair is fine except for plastic clips that hold the footrest in place, one has already broker, they shouldbe made of metal, i guess i will have to call the company to get a replacement unless amazon has one.This chair is awesome. I used this last weekend to go to an outdoor concert. When I rec'd the chair 1 of the front wheels was damaged.& the seller was prompt in sending me a replacement wheel. The chair is comfortable the brakes work awesome.Please please please read!The wheel fell off of this wheelchair while I was in it traveling across a bridge with a steep ravine and a river below it. It's extremely dangerous! The wheelchair comes with the wheels already attached so please if you decide to buy the chair check everything out especially the wheels. There is no safety mechanism in place to keep the wheel on if something were to happen. In my case the bolt holding the wheel on fell out.The chair came gouged up and it was missing some parts. The leg mechanisms where broke where they attach to the chair. So that was a huge issue. I'm on vacation and now I don't have a wheelchair so I can't do any of the things I wanted to do. Other than the wheel falling off my opinion of it is fairly good. I haven't had much time in it but it's seems fairly comfortable and it goes well. Two speeds...high and low and in both speeds it has some zip. When you take the hand controller off it's a little tricky so bring an allen wrench. It is heavy, 70#.I love that this chair is lightweight and easy to load and unload. It’s easy to drive and get where you are going. The only problem that I had and was easily fixed is making sure upon arrival all bolts and screws are tightened. I almost lost the wheel off my chair but was able to find the lost bolts and replace it. Be sure to do a complete check and tighten all parts of the chair before using it for your own safety. I can’t wait until vacation, I will be able to go places I wasn’t able to before.This chair is designed to support only 70KG or 154 lbs as stated on the tire, I am working on getting a replacement. if you weigh over 154lbs the wheels may not support your weight, I am close to 300lbs and the stems broke off on the inside of the wheels and the tires went flat. this chair has plastic foot rest and do not snap into place you have to have the velcro band on the leg supports to keep the foot support from flaring out, I recommend that you try to get another product if available especially if you weigh over 154lbs. this product is designed for a smaller person the seat width is more narrow than a standard manual wheelchair. I am currently working with Amazon to get a replacement due to the fact it was advertised to support 300lbs, today is Oct 02, 2022Easy to carry has 2 250watt motors wont be nearly as quick as the larger ones. Has a very slow low speed very good for tight spaces. Folds up nicely and you can carry it like a lawn chair. Have had it for 2 months or so time will tell how long it will last. The manufacturer emphasised more on torque than speed. It has decent power in grass but it won't climb over rocks and real rough terrain. But at this price you will be pleased with what it can do.It's ok. It's compact, lightweight and easily fits in my trunk. The width specifications are NOT accurate. It measures arm to arm but does not account for the bars on the arm rests at your hips that are 2 inches closer which makes it 4 inches less than specs. It hurts too! Constant pressure. Also, the response time is delayed. After pressing forward, I will continue to roll until it comes to a stop which is problem some. Lastly, while idle, the chair jerks.no comment on this whole ransaction
